I tried frying fish this evening with no coating. It fell apart! Any ideas on fixing fish. I've been on Adkins for 3 weeks and lost 12lbs.

I like to grill fish and I use Grill Buddies from Reynolds. Here's a thread where I kinda explain it:

It's simple, quick and best of all delicious. What kind of fish are you cooking? Try not to turn it a lot, that should help.

Thanks for the great ideas! I don't know if we have the Grill Buddies in our area. I have a George Foreman grill. I might try the fish on it. I fixed the Tilapia tonight just frying in a pan. Maybe that's the wrong kind of fish. Thanks to both of you for the recipes.

I recently deep fried some fish using crushed pork rinds as a breading. It was very good. To make it even better use lard to deep fry it in
