Well, I made these for the first time last night - and we liked 'em!

I'm having trouble trying to figure out what to put into Fitday's custom food item for them since they don't come with a nutrition label. LOL.

Anyways, does anyone have stats already for the plain, cottage cheese rev. rolls? Or some advice on how to find the info for the ingredients and how to combine them into the stats?

TIA!

These are the stats I got from DietPower for Sunnysider's Revolution Rolls*:

1 roll (from a batch of 9 rolls)

38 Calories
2.5 g fat (1 g. saturated fat)
0.5 g net carbs
3.0 g protein

But, this recipe doesn't use cottage cheese, so the nutritional analysis may not be right for your recipe.

If you post the version you have, I'll input the data in DietPower and post the nutritional analysis for it.

Thanks, Teelbee!

The recipe I used is:

3 eggs, separated (both whites and yolks used)
1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar
3 Tbs cottage cheese
2 tsp granular splenda
dash of cinnamon

This batch made 9 rolls...

Okay, substituting 1.5 oz of cottage cheese for the sour cream and reducing egg whites, this is the breakdown I get:

1 of 9 rolls in a batch

31 Calories
2.0 g fat
0.5 g net carb
2.7 g protein
