You can...
Put them in your coffee or tea (I like a little cream and the Irish Creme flavor; tastes like Bailey's and coffee).
Use them to flavor mock danish (raspberry is yummy).
Drizzle them on flaxseed cereal.
Use them to flavor and sweeten muffins.
Add them to club soda.
Poured over shaved ice, you've got a snow cone.
Add to cola for vanilla or cherry coke (too sweet for me, but some people do it).
Drizzle them on whipped cream or ricotta cheese for a quick dessert.
Use them on lc pancakes.
Add them to lc cheesecake, or pour some over the top (I crush a few strawberries, mix in a bit of strawberry syrup, and it makes a great topping).
I'm sure there are a lot more I'm missing.

An Italian creme soda is one of my favorite things - add 2 tablespoons heavy cream or half & half to a 16 oz. glass; squirt in the syrup flavor of your choice (current fave - root beer - makes a dandy RB Float!) and then pour a 12 oz. can of seltzer slowly down the side of the glass. Insert straw and enjoy thoroughly!

I use these syrups all the time, and incorporate many of the flavors into cooking. I.E., the gingerbread or the caramel or spice are wonderful ingredients in my BBQ sauce; the Danish Pastry is great in the Mock Danish recipe; etc. etc.

I'm also about to experiment with adding guar gum or the ThickenThin/Not Starch to the Huckleberry flavored DV to see about making it thicker for pancakes! Would be great with Blueberry, Strawberry, etc. too, if it works, for pancakes, ice cream topping, etc.

I'll post how it comes out.....
