| I know this has been posted multiple times, and I thought I had printed off a couple different versions, but I can't find them anywhere, and can't find it posted anywhere anymore. Sorry to ask this again, but could someone post the recipe for Mock Danish? I know it involves cream cheese, eggs, and Splenda, but danged if I can remember the proportions. Many thanks, Aderyn |

| And yet another version....LOL 3 oz cream cheese, softened 1 egg 1-2 packets splenda extracts of choice...I use cinnamon and vanilla for a "French toast" effect. Also, if it's to "eggy" , you can only use the egg white. Mix all together, and put in buttered or sprayed ramiken, cover with waxed paper and microwave for 2-4 minutes on about 60% power, or until set firm. I have also stirred in 1 T. strawberry extract for a strawberry cheesecake like treat, likewise lemon zest and a tablespoon or so of lemon juice. Also, I have made a triple batch, cut into 4 large squares and wrap individuallly and they freeze well for breakfast on the go ![]() Just loooooove 'em! | One more! LOL! 3 oz. cream cheese, softened in microwave 1 egg 2 tablespoons heavy cream 2 tablespoons DaVinci sugarfree Danish Pastry syrup 1 tablespoon flax meal Mix all together and nuke on high power 2-3 minutes (takes 3 in my 700 watt oven) When it's done, I turn it out onto a plate and put a pat of butter on top, and often pour just a little DV syrup or my homemade pomegranate syrup over the top. MMMMM! Char Don't squat with yer spurs on! |

| Thank you all so much! Wouldn't you know, I read the recipe back in the pre-crash days, decided it sounded great, got all the stuff for it, got the taste for it, and then couldn't find the recipe. I will be trying all 3 of these to work out my own fave way to do it. Thanks again! Aderyn |
