1 envelope Knox Gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
10 packets Splenda
1 teaspoon Sugar Free Koolaid -- adjust to taste
Put 1 cup water on to boil.
Meanwhile, sprinkle gelatin into 1 cup cold water.
Mix in 10 packets Splenda and 1 tsp.Kool aid powder.
Stir until thoroughly dissolved.
Add boiling water and stir.
Now, taste the mixture and adjust amount of Splenda and Koolaid to taste -- you may need a little more of each. (Write down the exact measurement you prefer so you can repeat it in the future.)
Chill until firm.
I usually like more Koolaid and it's an easy adjustment. Add some cream for something different. Berry's and fruit are nice, too.
