| Back a couple weeks ago someone posted a recipe for Revolution Rolls made with a touch of Vital Wheat Gluten and soy flour. I tried them, they are great! They actually have a bread like texture. I used a Whey protein powder in place of the soy flour. I'm also raving about parchment paper (I'm just discovering this little gem now!) The rolls didn't stick! Now, my wish is to have a stand mixer to I don't have to stand there and beat those whites for so long!! Thanks to whoever posted that recipe, it's the best one I've tried so far! Karen |

| Teelbee, I'll try to remember to bring the recipe in tomorrow. It actually came from a recipe site, but I don't remember which one - sorry! I'll let you know. Karen |
