| Hi, I was reading sharons taco casserole recipe and it calls for a little milk and egg protein. not sure exactly what that means..any help is appreciated. also wondering if the recipe has been tried on the picky non lcs in anyones home and their review. I would like to try it, and have picky non lcs at home. Thanks 233/225/150-140 atkins since 8/28/03 |

| Hi Dawn! Yes, I've made this and the whole family of 5 enjoyed it!! It really is easy...plus when you are done, you have left-over taco meat for another meal!! The milk and egg protein is just that...that is what my label says. I know, I never heard of it before until I had to find it for another recipe! | I think I've seen Milk and Egg Protein at Trader Joe's, along side the Whey or the Soy Protein powders. I do know that it is a powder, at least the ones I've seen. Teri |

| I was going to try the Taco Casserole recipe this weekend. Since there isn't a Trader Joes in the WHOLE STATE, and I don't have a clue where to buy the milk and egg protien anywhere else, I was going to substitute soy protein. If I get it done I'll post the results. Steve 235/185/175?? Since 02/03 Don't believe in miracles, Depend on them. |

| Milk and egg protein is in powder form. I found mine at the local HFS, in a canister. Just ask for that product and they will know what you're talking about. Susan LCE Member since 01/02 341/283.5/185 |
