Can someone please tell me what is in "Modified starch"? i wanted to try these Salami sticks and their label stated:
The ingredients are : Meat 90% (Pork,beef), Salt, Dextrose, Food Acid (330,325), Modified Starch (1442), Spices, Emulsifier (450,331), Antioxidant(300,320), Sodium Nitrite (250), Edible casing (Colours 150a, 160b, 120), Natural Smoke.
Is that ingredients looks okay to you?
and one more thing....how much carb does Almond Flour have? i mean say per cup?
I'm starting to experiment with LC baking and just wanted to be able to count how much carb is inside the food i make![]()
