Ah, well, I gotta ask: What plan are you on and how long? That has a lot to do with how this question gets answered.

Do you have Sharron's cookbook? If not, see if you can get a hold of one. Her Rice-a-flower recipe is great; maybe, if you ask nice, she'll send it to you.

Hi there Polinia!

I'm Sharron Nice to meet you!

Just send me an email and I'll send you the rice-aflower recipe.

You could also sign up to be a recipe tester for my new book. I've got a few new "rice" recipes for that one.

Another thing, my new book due out in Dec. has several in it as well. For the new book in Dec, go to My site. If you want my first book now, you can still get it at Wisdom Herbs for a limited time.

Hope this helps!!!

Blessings!

Hi Sharron,

Is that recipe in your 1st book? I'm at work and the cookbook is at home and I don't remember. I'm on a kick to find different ways to use cauliflower

Thanks
Karen

Yes, there are 2 "rice" recipes in the first book. One is Rice-Aflower (a side dish,) the other is Fried Rice-Aflower (a main dish.)

Thanks Sharron! I'll look at the recipe tonight. Seems like when it gets to be fall, I get in the mood to try new things.
