| This is my favorite thing to do in lieu of breadcrumbs: GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE! It makes a great coating for pork chops and chicken! It also works great in a meatloaf recipe or for salmon burgers to die for. Just replace the amount of breadcrumbs called for with the grated parm! Becca's heavenly salmon burgers: 2 pkts. chicken of the sea pouch boneless, skinless salmon 1 egg, beaten 1/2 cup grated cheese 1/4 cup diced red onion A splash of lemon juice 1/4 cup shredded cheese (mozz, cheddar, whatever you like) Heat oil or butter in skillet and cook formed salmon patties until cooked through. | That sounds very good Have you submitted it to the recipe database? Please?? Oh, one question: How much cooked salmon is that? I have the real thing, as I'm blessed with a recreational salmon fisherman in the family, and the runs have been good lately. Blessings!
