I'm not Sharron - maybe she's still under the covers, it's COOOLLLDDD!!

BUT, there is a difference - almond flour has had some of the fat removed, so it's a "fluffier" consistency.

Almond meal is the whole almond, ground. You can also get a blanched almond version.
