| I am looking for a carb conversion tool where I can enter the ingredients in a receipe and it will tell me how much carbs are in each ingredients and total carb. Any ideals? |

| OK. I just went to Fitday and looked for the recipe conversion area. All I found was a place to log what you ate for the day. It does break it down nutritionally. Is that what you use? MsCellany 363/339.5/185,5'10",49 |

| Go to a day ahead of your normal postings. Enter each of the ingredients of your recipe. When all are entered, look at the totals for that day. There you have it.... the breakdown for the entire recipe. Go back to today and enter it as a new food using the totals you just determined. At that point you can pick the size of your serving and get correct totals for that selection. Judy 180/140.5/138...almost there! "How long does getting thin take?"
