| I have always loved to bake. I guess I miss that most about elc, and so many flops! But I keep trying because it is worth it. Just got a new cookbook and it calls for milk and egg protein..what's that and where can I find it. It is not the same as whey protein? Tried looking in beverage area at grocery store but no such luck. Any suggestions? Health food stores? Any specific brands? Your help is appreciated. |

| Welcome to the Low Carb Cooking forum! ![]() Milk and egg protein is a single product. I get it at my Trader Joes. To find out if there is one near you, you can check at www.traderjoes.com. Otherwise, it is available at health food stores. Blessings! | Cinluu, You probably were thinking it was a beverage, so that's why you looked there. It's a powder, probably found in the diet asile, if your market carries it at all. You might find it with the other diet powdered drinks, or powdered protein that body builders use. You are more likely to find it at a health food store, and definately at Trader Joe's. Teri |
