You go to Trader Joes and buy it for $2.49 a pound.

OR

If you insist on being difficult, you can put them babies in your food processor and grind them up. Just don't grind them too long or you'll end up with almond butter.

You have been gone a long time, haven't you??

You can also use a cheese grater. I got mine at Bed, Bath and Beyond for $9.95. You grind your almonds and get exercise too!!!

I'm so jealous of you all who have a TJ's nearby. My coastal friends always talk about them. Maybe they'll come to the middle of the country sometime.
