| I didn't measure the ingredients on this or anything, but I just wanted to let y'all in on this yummy invention of mine: 1. Heat olive oil in saucepan. Add finely chopped mushrooms, onions, and minced garlic. Stir until onions carmelized. Add whatever seasonings you prefer. 2. Add beef tips and let brown, stirring frequently. 3. Stir in sour cream and LC ketchup. I also added about 2 tbsp of LC beer. Keep on medium heat and stir occasionally. 4. Let simmer in sauce for 15 min or so. Mix in french-cut green beans as "noodles." Can you say YUM? I don't know if this qualifies as LC stroganoff, since I've never made the real stuff, but it tasted pretty darn good. If anyone else has suggestions on ingredients to add, you're more than welcome! 194/178.5/125 (5'4) And I'm gonna make it this time! |
