Well, I did!

I thought I had gotten a bad email virus a couple of days ago. The shop finally got around to fixing it. It was NOT a virus as we had thought (they n' me!) but rather my AV software having a huge glitch!!! and

So...

If you had blocked my email because you thought I had a virus, I don't. Please unblock me and check in with your latest testing ventures! We are very close to the end of this part of the process. What is left is the tedious stuff I alone can do.

Thanks again for all you do!!!

Hi, Sharron!

I never blocked you (since my peculiar operating system makes me much less vulnerable to viruses.)

Now that I know you're up and running, I'll reply to your last email. Glad you're back!

No reason they can't be tested twice, but I did report that they were tested, Sharron, didn't I?

I don't have access to my home sent emails from work here.

I bought zucchini and yellow squash today so we're havin' it with the pork roast that's in the oven right now. No problem if you tested them already, Maggie. It sounds like a delightful dish anyhoo.

Sharron glad your back. I am glad you did not have a virus. What recipes do you need to have tested still? I have some left on my list you sent me a while ago and not sure if those are done or not. I will be shopping tomorrow a bit so if I can add something to my list to do for you I would be glad to.

Blessings,

Carol

Alrighty, I did the Shilo Veggies tonight. I loved them, DH didn't. But I knew he wouldn't, he doesn't like ANY of the veggies in the recipe. I made gravy with the pork roast with cream cheese and some of it got on the veggies, ooooh was that good. Of course I like gravy on anything!!!!! YUMMY.

Oh and I had to use frozen asparagus, 'cuz I couldn't find fresh at the store. I had the Green Giant with NO sauce. It worked great, so if you want to make a note in your recipe that frozen with no sauce would work, I think that would be fine. (as an alternative in case they make this when aspergrass is out of season.) They are cut up into small chunks, so I'm not sure exactly how that would equate to 12 spears. It's very quick to fix!!!!!
