| Are tomatoes high in carbs or just the spaghetti sauce that has sugar in it. I have several bags of frozen tomatoes from this past summer and I thought I may make some sauce if I am allowed Renee |

| Compared to the basic green veggie tomatoes are definately higher in carbs but, as long as you're past induction, it's fine to have them now and then. Just make sure you count all the carbs and don't REPLACE your green veggies with tomatoes. Still eat your green veggies! Member since 2001 My Sunroof |
