| I was reading a water/salt cure forum somewhere and they were talking about soaking raw nuts in the salt and then drying them crisp in the oven. Anyone seen this recipe or know how? I can't find it again. Thanks for looking! Kim |

| I found it: 4 cups raw nuts well covered in water with 2tsp. sea salt for 7-12 hrs. Spread evenly on baking sheet(s) Preheat oven to <150 and dry for 12-24 hrs. Makes crispy dried nuts. A good crunchy treat with "fewer to none" allergic reactions |
