Boneless/skinless chicken breast...bite size pieces

Egg Wash:
1 egg
Splash of half & half

Breading:
Parmesan cheese
Pepper ( to taste )
Garlic Salt ( to taste )

Heat pan with oil for frying...coat chicken in egg wash followed with breading. Fry until brown.

Faux Honey Mustard:
Mayo
Mustard
Splenda to taste

mix well :-)

Our recipe database is not called a database (although that's what it is, LOL!)

Just go to the top of the page and click on the Recipe Button and you can browse through the recipe collection.

There's no search function, yet, so you have to browse, but I expect we'll get searching at some point.

To submit a recipe, work your way down to the section your recipe "fits" in and look near the top of the window. There will be a link that lets you "submit a recipe" and that will take to to a recipe submission form. Don't expect it to appear right away. We always look over recipes before posting them.

Be sure to include: Number of servings and Carb Count per serving, as a minimum. Extra nutritional info is fine, but not required.
