I don't think it's available in my area. I buy Healthy Life bread and buns for my family.

    Take care~

Yep. I've got 2 loaves in my kitchen as we speak!

If you like fluffy, wonder bread type stuff then you'll like it alot. No weird taste or anything and the texture is right on.

To eat a slice by itself, I don't do that because it's too "nothing" tasting. To just sit and "eat" bread, I like hearty, flavorful breads like sourdough, crusty French, squaw, etc.

HOWEVER, for all the classic "carby" favorites that are made with bread, this works PERFECTLY.

We've made the following and they all come out great...

    Grilled cheese
    French toast
    BBQ sandwich
    Toast

Just about anything you would normally want a nice, fluffy white bread for, this stuff fits the bill.

One thing to keep in mind...

They sell a multigrain and a white bread but don't be fooled; GET THE WHITE BREAD.

WHY? Because they ADD fiber to the white one and call it "fiber bread" - it contains 4 grams of fiber per slice vs. the wheat one with only 1 gram of fiber per slice. BIG DIFFERENCE.

So, you can have a "real" sandwich for about 12 net carbs + 8g fiber. I wouldn't do it every day but 1-2 times a week should be no problem.

I highly recommend this bread. It's the BEST I've tried so far for use in the basic recipes I listed above.

Gilley, these don't taste weird at all. No soy aftertaste or anything. Very suitable for regular sandwiches and stuff like that. If you see it, try it and you'll be amazed!

    Hi,

Marcie is so right!! I also have several in my freezer and it is the best I have eaten too. Do give this a try. My whole family loves this bread and NO FUNNY AFTER TASTE EITHER!! I love the low carb peanut butter on it too!
