I was digging through some boxes this morning, and happened to find seven copies of Sharron Long's first book, Low Carb Cooking at Sharron's Place!!!

So, rather than keep them all to myself, I figured I'd make them available for sale. They are 16.98 and that includes priority mail shipping to the US.

here's the button

EDIT: button removed, book sold out!

(FYI: you are buying these from me directly.)

Good luck - Andrea

So did I. I've been wanting the first in the series to add to my Sharron Long collection.

Wow! Mint condition first editions!!! Glad I have mine for sure - but no longer in mint condition. Little butter stain here, splattered eggs there.........

Is this a totally different book from the "Extreme Low Carb" book or is there some overlap?

there is definitely overlap. the Extreme LC is built "on top" of the the first book (has those recipes and many more) BUT the first book has some personal notes and stories and fun stuff that was not included in the second book.

If you can only buy one, buy the new one "Extreme Low Carb Cuisine". If you can afford it, and you like sharron's recipes and style (I do!), they you might want to try the original one too.

And FYI, there are only 2 left!

Thanks to those of you who bought the book, it's now sold out.

I'm shipping them all out this afternoon, so you can expect to get them either Saturday or Monday!

Thanks again - and enjoy!
