| I show the following: Flax seed - 53.09 Carb and 43.2 fiber = 9.89 Pecan - 15.11 Carb and 10.5 fiber = 4.61 English Walnut - 10.97 Carb and 5.4 fiber = 5.57 This is per cup. Hope it helps. Steve 235/180/175?? Since 02/03 Don't believe in miracles, Depend on them. |

| I have almond meal listed at 24g carbs, 12g Fiber, for a net carb of 12 grams per cup |
