OK sorry to ask AGAIN ...need carb count in these nut flours

"Low Carb Cooking" at Low Carb Diet Support: "but how many carbs in a cup of these almond flour flax seed pecan flour walnut flour my dad sent me some and he bags them his self did not look for the carb count ...."

but how many carbs in a cup of these
almond flour
flax seed
pecan flour
walnut flour

I show the following:
Flax seed - 53.09 Carb and 43.2 fiber = 9.89
Pecan - 15.11 Carb and 10.5 fiber = 4.61
English Walnut - 10.97 Carb and 5.4 fiber = 5.57

This is per cup. Hope it helps.

I have almond meal listed at 24g carbs, 12g Fiber, for a net carb of 12 grams per cup
