Thread: Miracle Whip Chocolate cake

I don't know if it was the mayo or what--I tried it again today and maybe it is because it sat about 30 minutes while I sent my dh after cocoa, but it didn't turn out nearly as nice this time as it did last time. but the carb count in each piece is lots less! No carbs in the mayo instead of 32 from Miracle Whip--making about 4 carbs per 3x3 slice or 3 for each 3x2 slice. This time it turned out really dry. . .have to drink some milk with this batch. It is really light like normal, just not so moist, anyone else tried this and gotten the same result? I know I posted the recipe and others were going to try it. . .I am going to keep experimenting with it though too. I iwll let you know if I decide what the issue was--or if it was just a fluke this time. . .or whatever!

I didn't do the cake. I actually "morphed" your cake, Jen's cookies and a brownie recipe! I made some pretty decent LC brownies. They need more experimenting , but not right now, I'm on induction!
