| Hi Amy, A ramiken is a small stoneware bowl, about 2-2 1/2 inches deep and approximately 3-4 inches in diameter.(sort of like a pyrex custard cup) Any small and deep oven proof bowl will work HTh Shelley "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" *LC WOLF* |

| i could not find my rammikin(SP) when i made it the first time i used a standard large bowl that came w/ my plate set... it worked fine.. just had to handle it carefully beacuse it got hot! 01/02/04-248 01/23/04-243 02/12/04-226 02/18/04-221 |
