Hi Barb,

Sharon will send them to me sinc I'm on the West Coast for now. I became interested in your statement about not having any colds this winter, which you attributed to kefir. My entire family has been sick on and off since early November. My son just started H.S. in September, so I think he is bringing home new germs. I had to take Prednisone a couple of months ago, resulting in a 10# gain. So far, I've lost 5# of that, but want to lose 15# more.

OH Misty, Kefir will be the perfect thing for your post prednisone excursion. Keep in mind, you MAY have to start on it in little doses. I wouldn't do a whole cup of it to start with, maybe start with a TBS. 3X/day.
