| Dose anyone have a lc ice cream recipe. bearing in mind i live in the uk, so a lot of american ingredients we don't have here. Thanks Julie 224/213 |

| Can you get low carb milk there? I use low carb milk and my favorite low carb high protein shake mix (cappuccino mixed with chocolate low carb milk is my favorite) and blend it up in the blender adding whatever flavor hits my fancy that day and dump the whole thing in my ice cream machine and turn it on. While the machine is going and the ice cream is almost ready I sometimes break up a few of the little Russell Stover candies and drop them into the mix. My ice cream not only tastes good it's also very nutritious. |

| Hi BettyR, No i have never seen any low carb milk, there are new things low carb coming to the uk all the time but not quick enough. Thanks Julie 224/213 |
