| Okay...my roommate has just started doing a modified Atkins...and he was wanting me to find out if anyone on here knows of a LC version of any of the red dressings....Russian...Catalina...Western... french.... Any ideas?? I looked all over and haven't found one premade...so I'm assuming we'll have to do it from scratch... Thanks in advance, Crystal Crystal 282/272/150? Find out who you are, and do it on purpose. |

| Sharron's cookbook has a great-sounding recipe for French. |

Hi Crystal! Sharron's recipe is delicious and will replace the dressings in a tasty way. My whole family uses it now.~Jan 247/228/130ish? Keyboarding Teacher "I am careful not to confuse excellence with perfection. Excellence I can reach for, perfection is God's business." - Michael J. Fox |

| Russian dressing is simply ketchup and mayo combined in equal protions. Use a sugarless ketchup and regular mayo. |
