Has anyone tried the cereal made by Ketogenics

"Low Carb Cooking" at Low Carb Diet Support: "I saw this brand of cereal in the Vitamin Shoppe today and was wondering if any of you have tried it. Do you have to add stuff to make it palatable?...."

I saw this brand of cereal in the Vitamin Shoppe today and was wondering if any of you have tried it. Do you have to add stuff to make it palatable?

I have tried the honey nut flakes and the cocoa crisp. The honey crisp tasted a bit stale or maybe it was supposed to be that way (a little on the softer side). The cocoa crisp was okay though. It is good with some Hood brand milk.
