Thread: Scalloped Cauliflower

    I just made scalloped cauliflower as a side dish for dinner tonight. It was excellent!!! Taste just like scalloped potatoes. I will definitely make these again. I also tried the pork rinds with splenda/cinnamon - they were really good. The trick to these is to put a lot of coating on them.

    i too felt i needed to add alo of cin to the pork rinds i dont care for the taste of them plane
