| Hi! I just bought all the ingredients for your cereal (and pretty cheap too... I could buy in bulk at my HFS... total was $11 and change). Anyway, just wanted to make sure that the soy protein isolate I bought was correct. It is a powder, almost like flour. Is that right? Want to make sure it isn't supposed to be "chunkier/grainier." Thanks! Carol

| That sounds like the stuff, Carol! The kind I get is a very fine powder, pretty much tasteless and the only ingredient listed is soy protein isolate. This is very flexible and you can make it taste different every day if you choose. I hope you enjoy!
