I just can't give up my wonderful Bon Appetit magazine and I try to adapt some of the receipes to LC whenever possible. I just rec'd the March issue and wham, there was a terrific receipe for Mediterranean Chicken. No adaptation needed, just cook per instructions.
It was FAB. I ran it thru FitDay and it only came out to 4.75 carbs per serving.
I am too terrified to post the receipe because of all the warnings but it is on Page 98 of the March Bon Appetite.
Easy to cook and great tasting. I served it to a non LC visitor and she wanted the receipe.

guess ill be browsing my magiezine rack at the grocrie store tommrow... to check it out... tho im makeing chick tonight for dinner... better than haveing steak or something w/ ground beef since we had beef yesterday.. i get a little burnt out when i eat the same things a few days in a row..
