| Made a delicious bread challah bread today. Used vital wheat gluten. The only problem was the crust -- it was beautifully golden brown, but was so elastic a sharp bread knife couldn't cut through it. Anyone have any ideas?? The inside was less spongy than other lc breads I have attempted to make. Actually had nice texture. |

| Try a serrated knife - they cut through bread better! Tomatoes too.... Char
