A dear friend gave us a Ronco Rotisserie and I love it! If you've ever wanted one and been in doubt, don't be. It is quick, easy and the meat is delicious.

I marinated a pork loin and cooked it yesterday, it was awesome. I'm looking forward to doing chicken on it, plus lots of other things.

Some of you Showtime pros, have any suggestions you'd like to pass on?

I've been drooling over these for some time now but I have such a small kitchen I'm afraid finding a place to store it will be a major problem.

My house is about 30 years old and for some reason at that time builders thought that small kitchens were the thing. It makes perfect logic to put a small kitchen in a 4 bedroom house. What were they thinking!

I have a tendency to not use appliances that I can't get to very easily.

Kumus, where do you keep yours?

Salmon is fantastic in the Showtime Rotisserie. You need to remember to spray the basket with Pam, so that the Salmon doesn't come apart when you remove it.

I've had mine probably 5 years now, and love it!

You can't COOK a prime rib roast any better than this thing does it, IMHO.... I just use the time chart provided on the side of the rotisserie.

Whole chickens and small turkeys or capons are also wonderful in there.

I've done shish kebobs too, which work great.

For me, I wasn't that thrilled with the basket attachment, I can do most stuff faster and more to my liking using other methods.

And as you say - pork roast - mmmmmmmm!!

I have a George Foreman Rotisserie. I use it at least once a week. It's easy to clean and the food is wonderful. I've done all kinds of roasts, chicken, whole and cut up. Veggies and a variety of other things.
