Here is a link to a recipe on another site for soup that tastes just like the white soup from Olive Garden. It is PHENOMENAL! My favorite thing I've made on low carb thus far. Admittedly I'm a soup junkie...

This sounds wonderful! Kale and potatoes are a favorite Italian vegetable combination which I have missed! Making it with cauliflower in this recipe is a stroke of genius!

I know what I am having tonight!

I'm not sure of the carb count, but it has to be pretty good.

Every ingredient is extremely low carb. About the worst is probably the cauliflower, and I personally pretty much ignore carbs like that...

I didn't see on the recipe where to add the heavy cream? Am I missing something? Sorry if I missed it!

Thanks!

I would think to stir it in at the end, so it won't curdle.

Yeah I noticed the cream thing as well. When I made it I added the cream when I combined the water/kale broth with the meat and the cauliflower mixture. Turned out great

O.K. I made this last night. I substituted garlic for the onion and spinach for the kale.

It was heavenly! OMGosh! LOVED IT! DH LOVED it and DD LOVED it.

Had some for breakfast this morning - great for a SNOWY Ohio day (got 5 inches so far!).

I highly recommend this recipe!
