| Here's a great recipe for Green Beans with Feta Combine 1.5 pounds trimmed fresh or frozen green beans, thawed with 1 /2 cup red onion slices and 1 /2 cup Italian dressing in a large skillet. Cover and cook on medium heat for 10 –12 minutes stirring frequently. Remove from heat and stir in 4 oz of crumbled feta cheese. Makes 9 servings about 3 /4 cup |
