| Here's a simple recipe for Sauteed Spinach Heat 1 /4 cup Italian Dressing in a deep skillet or dutch oven. Add 2 minced garlic cloves. Cook and stir for 1 minute. Add 8 cups packed baby spinach leaves. Cover and cook an additional 4-6 minutes or until wilted. (Stirring after 3 minutes.) Sprinkle with 2 TBS crumbled bacon. Makes 4 servings of 1 /2 cup Optional: Replace Spinach with Swiss Chard and increase cooking to about 15 minutes. Stirring occasionally. |

| Thanks for sharing! I'm sure you know this, but we have to be careful of commercial Italian dressings -- some have up to 6 carbs per tablespoon! The Bernstiens brand and the new Carb Options are good choices though. |

| Sounds yummy...wouldn't be too hard to make your own LC italian dressing, either. I like my spinach sauteed in just butter and garlic
