I'd love a good granola bar too. I've been eating the Atkins Apple Crisp Morning Start bars but would like something else for variety. Kat, they list 1 g sugar alcohol.

Sharron also has an EXCELLENT recipe for pumpkin granola.. delicious. I think it was in her first cookbook.. I'm sure she would share if you ask nicely

I made the Sort'a Granola two weeks ago and will be making more. I plan on stopping by the store to get more TVP and Soy. I am out for now. It was very good. I modified the flavors and added cinnamon and nutmeg to mine. Very good, even with some lc milk for breakfast.

I also have the pumpkin recipie and will need to decide which to make this weekend.
