I just received mine in the mail this afternoon. I put in some cream, some daVinci Syrup (yes Izus you can add them) and some splenda. But it didn't whip up much at all. The only thing I could think I did wrong was not using a full 8 ounces of whipping cream. I had about 6 ounces left so I used that amount. Unless I somehow did teh process wrong.

I have an ISO whip creamer, it works GREAT. I have never tried adding syrups and would think it would be better to add later to the alresdy made whipped cream.

However, if it is not "whipped" enough, try shaking it a few more times. Not having the full 8 ounces of cream shouldn't be a problem.

I saw you got it "fixed" Rob...still working ok??

And yes, I add 8 squirts of vanilla davinci's to 8 oz cream and it is divine!!
