| I went to the closest health food store yesterday. Needless to say i was very disapointed. some of the stuff they had was redicouls.. they had cheese crackers (baked cheese) w/ 600 mg of salt! cho chip cookies.. that werent to bad had a wee sample. i was looking at the stuff they had.. and my local wal-mart in the country has more LC stuff then they have... but the things they do have are diffrent.. they had LC sub buns.. 9 grams per roll.. LC hamburger buns,,, i was going to get some of their Tortila chips.. but after looking at them.. decided not to. I will attempt to make my own at work tonight w/ my LC wraps.. this place i guess was more for organic food eaters, vegitairens... and people w/ wheat alergys. ohhh i saw one o ther thing that shocked me.... LC bean dip. it had like 5 grams per serving.. i was almost going to put it in my basket when i was reading the lable .. 1 serving is 2 table spoons.. NOPE... i asked them about Kefir they dont carry it beacuse due to haveing to write it off every week.. asked if i would want to order some... said maby another time. i was starving hadnt ate yet that day.. i went there w/ my sister and i thought we were going to breakfest... silly me.. we went to lunch... i ate every nipple of everything LC allowed on my plate i had shirmp scampi and a salad and cot cheese... had to pick croutons tomatos out.. okay sorry for venting

| gilley, Health food stores really don't, as a rule, carry a lot of lc products; the artificial sweeteners are kind of against what they try to do. What I buy at the HFS: SteviaPlus, bulk nuts, black soybeans, organic veggies, tofu, protein powder, unsweetened coconut, extra-virgin coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, almond flour, xanthan gum, TVP (texturized vegetable protein, for making granola), Wasa crackers, organic cream cheese, and sea salt. They do carry some lc products, but I don't use them much, or, if it is something I do use, I can usually get it cheaper elsewhere. HTH, Trina
