i had left over fau mash (cauliflower w/ lots of garlic and seasoning.. ) i have been kinda hungry for either twice baked potatos or skins.. so trying to make do w/ what i could have... i spreaded some fau tatos on a tortila that i heated in a skilit on both sides... then sat on a bakeing sheet.. just a small smear of fau tatos.. something to give me that creamy tato taste.. crumbled some bacon cheese poped in oven till cheese was melted and exposed shell was brown.... OMG... i thought i cheated it was so darn close... i then topped it off w/ some green onions and sour cream... cut it like a pizza.. OMG...I think i found a new side dish for me when i have steak.. YUMMY
