| My neighborhood has an lc store that carries "unpopped" pork rinds. They come in a small plastic tub that holds 10 oz. The instructions tell you to take 1/3 cup of the rinds (little, thin, brown rectangle-looking thingies), put them in a paper bag, and microwave them for 1-1/2 minutes or so. They're great! They pop pretty well and the flavor is milder and more crispy than the bagged rinds I buy in my grocery. Other advantages are that you can flavor them however you'd like and you can "pop" as few as you'd like. The manufacturer is J&J Critters. I paid $6.69 for 10 oz. The package lists a website at microwaveporkrinds.com They come in four flavors that I know of, including BBQ and garlic. IMHO, worth a try!

| I have a tub of those in my cupboard, it's been there a good 6 months, and I never remember to TRY them! Maybe I'll make an effort to do that this weekend - they sound so good.... Char
