I can't wait to try them on my quesadilla maker next week. I gotta be careful or I'd eat this things everyday!

Isn't that the truth!

I did TWO variations of Shelley's cinnamon thingy last night and ate almost all of it myself! I handed out a few bites to my guys but I was a major piggy. It was so good.

I picked some up on sale today at Albertson's, the 5 ECC size for $2.39.

This afternoon I couldn't resist any longer, pulled one out, spread a little butter on it, nuked it 20 seconds, rolled it up - YUMMERS!!

I might make some enchiladas one of these nights!

Take a stick of string cheese, cut large Mission in half, wrap around cheese and melt in oven. Heavenly treat, crispy on the outside and melt, gooey cheese on the in.
