I found these at Kroger and have not bought Atkins Crunchers since. They are soy protein chips, non-GMO of course. They are fried in sunflower and/or safflower oil. Cut into triangles, they look like Doritos. I've only had the original, no other flavors available. Served them last night with salsa, and my DBIL loved them. The bag is 3.5oz. and costs $2.79. Crunchers are in 1.0oz. bags for almost the same price.

They do have 5 net carbs for a one ounce serving.

Website for them~

Susan,

I bought these at my HFS, and I liked them, too.
Better tasting and cheaper than Crunchers. They were $1.99 there, but maybe that was an intro price?
Great with dip, and lots of crunch. I weigh out an ounce, and put it into a little snack-size zipper bag, so I don't go crazy.

Trina, I'm thinking about making what I used to call Super Nachos in my pre-LC days. With all the crunch, they should hold up well under the topping. I need to weight out some serving sizes like that. Your price is great!

Mmmmm, nachos! I think they would work great.

Yeah, I have to weigh out stuff, or before I know it, I've scarfed a couple of portions.
