Just found Muellers Reduced Carb Pasta in Albertsons. I looked at the label and almost put it back...31 grm carb, 12 fiber, for a serving of 19 carbs!!! Too high for me. But then I looked at the serving size...it was 1 cup DRY! You know how pasta multiplies as it cooks? I'm thinking...a half cup dry would be plenty for me so I bought it. Now the question is...does it taste better than the low carb pastas which I think are all HORRIBLE!!!!! Anyone try it yet?

i have not tried that brand .. but i use the Atkins brand that has 13 total grams of carbs and 8grams of fiber makeing it 5net...
the package says 6 servings.. and i have alredy used it 6 times.. and there is 1/2 a box left... i over cook it (more than package says.. beacuse if not i feel it is uneatable...
i only use this in a pinch when i dont have spag squash... and i dont even eat a "spag type" dish very often anymore.. only when DH requests chicken alfredo , or spaggeti.. and i tend to eat more of the meat and veggies than pasta now... it says not to over cook it on my box.. i do not know why.. maby it takes away some of the fiber.. but there is now way i would be able to eat it if i didnt cook it at least 15 min

I BOUGHT A BOX OF THE PASTA MYSELF ABOUT 3 WEEKS, HAVE NOT HAD THE GUTS TO MAKE ANYTHING WITH IT YET, I HAVE 2 FEARS, 1-THE HORRIBLE TASTE OF OTHER PASTA'S IVE TRIED, AND 2. I KNOW THE PACKAGE IS GENEROUS WITH THE SERVINGS, IM STILL THINKING EXCESS CARBS. IF ANYONE HAVE TRIED IT, IM DEFINETLY INTERESTED IN THE TASTE.
