| I hit the jackpot at Marshalls on Sunday. In their gourmet food isle I found about 5 different flavors of sugar free Da Vinci syrups. WHEW HEW! I would of never have thought to look at Marshall's.... Anyway, my husband (also on Atkins) made a comment about me drinking too much coffee (cause I purchased the white chocolate, vanilla, hazelnut, Kaluha, and Caramel flavored syrups)I said - I'm not buying these all just to flavor coffee - I said you can use these for other things. When he asked "Oh yeah, what would that be..." I drew a blank.....I know you can use these for baking but not sure what recipes....anyone have any suggestions? |

| You can use them in different desserts, ice cream, the mock danish recipe, etc. I even sometimes use them & a couple of drops of liquid Stevia to add some flavor to water when I'm just tired of drinking water! I think they can be added to a lot of things! |

| Oh let me count the ways....ummmmm....to many to count, but I'll try... ![]() how about, on pancakes, to flavor cheesecakes, and mock danishes, to flavor shakes and plain yogart, as a sweetner in cookie and cake recipes, to make Italian sodas, or flavored colas...like a vanilla coke, or cherry Dr Pepper, diet of course Get in the kitchen and get creative HTH Shelley

| You can even use them in a vinaigrette for your salads--I like raspberry or black cherry. |

| I would like to buy some of these. My local Kroger only has SF vanilla & hazelnut . In the flaxseed recipe it called for brown sugar flavored syrup. When I look at their website I don't see that flavor mentioned. Any ideas? TIA Renee |

| We have a new supermarket with a lot of the SF Davinci flavors, but I don't remember seeing the Brown Sugar flavored one. I did find white chocolate and toasted marshmellow. The price is really good too, only $4.99 for a large bottle! For those in the Chicago area, the store is called Woodman's on Randall Rd just south of Huntley Rd in Carpentersville.

| I found some SF Syrups from Artisan Coffee Roasters at TJ Maxx today. They are made with Splenda too. They were $4.99 for a 25.4 oz bottle. Has anyone tried these? Are they as good as Da Vinci's? TJ Maxx also has a few SF Syrups from Da Vinci too. Those were $5.00 for the same size bottle. |

| I saw the Artisan ones and passed on them because I didn't know if they were good. The Davinci's are $5.99 around here at TJMaxx. |

| FIT AND TRIM TO BE Newbie posted 04-02-04 03:27 PM i went to tj maxx and they had both the da vinci and the artisan and i both and the artisan is pretty good. as a matter of fact they had a couple more varieties of artisan then of the davinci and the artisan was a buck less than the davinci. now if i can keep ds out of the davinci vanilla it may last me a while, lol.
