Mock Danish is the best! I have to go to the store and get some more cream cheese. I'm almost out! EEK! I need to get back into the Mock Danish routine. I've been just having protein shakes in the morning. I miss my MD's.

I actually like to UNDER cook mine sometimes. It leaves a layer of creamy goodness in the bottom. It's like eating cake batter, which I've always loved. And since it's heated through, I don't worry about raw egg.

I have to agree with you on this. The Mock Danish is the BEST! I use my SF gingerbread syrup to sweeten it and in place of the vanilla too. I am thinking of adding a little pumpkin in it too. With some spices. Mmmmmmm!

Nice thing about this basic recipe........you can tweak it to make it any flavor you like! It's the BEST! I use it also to make a LC version of Tiramisu using SF Kahlua flavoring. YUMMO!
