| I found Joseph's lc pitas in my grocery store (Hannaford, for those of you in the Northeast). They come six to a pack, and have 5 net carbs per pita. According to the label, they are made with wheat flour, wheat bran, sesame flour and soy oil, and no trans-fats that I could see. Plus, they taste great! They open into little pockets, just like regular pita bread, and just a half makes a terrific sandwich. They make tortillas, too, but I passed on those; I'm still grooving on my Missions...thanks, Marcie!! That pizza was AWESOME!!

| I've been looking for some LC pita bread, haven't been able to find any yet. I did find some LC flat bread that I enjoy using. The pita would be great, I'll be on the lookout for it. Thanks for the information..... |
