| reneed70 Low Carb Eater 04-03-04 12:33 PM Is it okay to use pecan meal instead of almond flour? While shopping this morning they only had walnut & pecan meal, no almond flour and I want to try that lc choc cake for Easter. It's like the difference between using all purpose flour and whole wheat flour. It just tastes different. Also pecans have a little more oil in them.
