Sharron, I've made several of the Carmel Apple Cheesecake Recipe. We love it However, I loaned the recipe to a friend. I can't find the recipe anywhere. I thought I could find it on this web site, but it seems to have disappeared from here too. Am I over looking it??? or can you e-mail it ..
I had planned on making it tonight to take to my daughter's for Easter.

I never make such desserts unless we have company coming! That temptation for me translates in to dessert for bfast, lunch and dinner

The carmel nut sauce is also very good on vanilla ice cream! We had some last night & really liked it!

piano, that sauce is very versitile! It actually "showed up" in several recipes for the book I'm just finishing up
