I have a can of pumpkin and 1/2 a brick of cream cheese. Any ideas.....I need sweet stuff.

Do you have either of my books? I have 2 killer pumpkin cheesecakes.

You could also make some muffins or quick bread with cream cheese frosting.

How's that for a start?

You could make a pumpkin casserole with brown sugar twin, and egg, your pumpkin and some toasted nuts as a topping.

I used canned pumpkin as a sub for mashed sweet potatoes: Stir in a little DaVinci SF syrup (I used vanilla), butter, a dash of cream, top with crushed pecans, or walnuts, or almonds...or ?? Bake in oven till heated through. We had this with roasted chicken...and I had something yummy to eat while everyone else ate their mashed potatoes. Actually the non-LCers liked it too.

The cream cheese...nuke about 15 seconds...add a splash of DV SF syrup of your choice, cut up a few strawberries, or add some blueberries, mix with a mixer and enjoy...
